Imputation And The Righteousness Of Jesus - Does God See Jesus Righteousness And Not You?

Description: One of the single greatest errors today is this idea that one can sin with impunity and God cannot see their sins because "He can only see the righteousness of Jesus." There are many variations of this teaching, but they revolve around the misconception that "imputation" means a transference of righteousness to one's account. We will look at every single time the word translated "impute" occurs in the New Testament so we can arrive at the obvious meaning, which is nothing remotely close to transference. Getting a firm grasp on the true doctrine of imputation is important because holding to the traditional error leaves many in sin and causes them to mock the cross of Christ. I pray that you will prayerfully watch this video and let the Scriptures speak for themselves. Give up the vain traditions of men that keep you bound in sin and rob you of the blessings of holiness through faith in Jesus Christ!
